Sanjay Dutta is not a terrorist

Sanjay Dutt is not a terrorist . Everybody knows it. Government knew it and the police officers who framed charges against him knew the same very well.Inspite of bitter truth of Sanjay Dutta not involved in any terrorists attack known to all, the officers and advocates who proceeded against Mr. Sanjay Dutt must be punished . Because it is due to their blunder ,their mischievous and unfounded allegation and ill-conceived logic Mr. Sanjay Dutta had to suffer mental agony for last 13 years.Who will compensate Mr. Sanjay Dutta for humiliation he faced in the nation when he was tainted as terrorist.I feel it is worthwhile to mention ere that Mr. Rajiv Gandhi was chargesheeted in Bofors case and as a consequance he faced humiliation for 20 years. And the mastermind Mr. V.P.Singh who declared that he will prove the involvement of Mr. Rajiv Gandhi in corruption within 15 days could not substantiate and establish his allegation in the court for 20 years. It was height of the matter when Mr. V.P.Singh admitted after 20 years that Rajiv Gandhi was clean and his allegation was ufounded.It is therefore call of the time that those who frame wrong charges must be punished severely,whosoever he may be.This will help in reduction of dirty politics being played by most of the politicians and administrators to humiliate his opponents.
